The Dance Anthology has been on a vacation for a while- there's a lot of exciting things that we are going to share with everyone soon, but for now we are just happy to be back blogging!
During the break I have been doing a lot of research on dance and I came across this awesome book that I think every dancer should read, Conditioning for Dance by Eric Franklin
It is amazing all the tips and tricks it shares, but I think my favorite part is that it introduced me to the idea of mind-body imagery. So beneficial, and a great teaching tool. I plan on utilizing this technique with my spiritline squad this week- I think all teachers should too!
